Norwegian Championship Flairtending 2012 in Stavanger, February 4th

• It is a bartender competition for finding the best flair bartender in Norway
• 40% of the points will be the cocktail and 60% the flair. It is a Flair-Mixology competition
• Designated area for competitors to practice
• DJ Prince will be in charge of all the music and sound system
• The winner will represent NBF and Norway at WFC in Beijing, China in 2012. All paid trip.

If in doubt, contact your local leader.

All fee's must be paid before entering the competition.

Important notes:
- Your Music must be delivered to the Flairtending officer at latest 1 hour before the competition.
- All Flairtenders must meet for info meeting 2 hours before the competition.
- Show up "ready for action" in ready-room at least 30 minutes before entering the stage.
- Quickly after your show, remove all your items to clear stage for next competitor.

- The cocktail can only have 6 ingrediences, drops and dasjes included.
- The cocktail must at least be 7 cl and max 35 cl
- No Icecream or any hot ingredience can be used.
- All products used in the cocktail must be open for sale in Norway on november 1st
- All products with alcohol (max 7 cl) must be listet on november 1st. at vinmonopolet

All regions (6) of Norsk Bartender Forening can send one competitor to the national Championship without any qualifying round. Number of competitors from each region desides how many competitors each region gets in the national championship.

Last date for registration is november 1st. 2011.
